Denise Richards Won Bid to Include Daughters in Reality Show

Finally Denise Richards really gets what she wants. A Los Angeles judge has ruled in her favor to feature her two daughters in a new reality TV show she is about to star despite objections from ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

In a closed hearing at L.A. family court held Tuesday, January 22, 2008, Commissioner Harvey A. Silberman came into decision that the actress is allowed to include the kids, Sam and Lola, in the program, subject to a number of rules. Details of the hearing have yet to be released.

Sheen was reported to attend the hearing with his lawyer while Richards was only represented in court by her attorney, who participated via telephone. Though not present, the former Bond girl is said to be "very happy" to obtain the permission.
