Ready to face ex-husband Charlie Sheen under the eyes of the law once more, Denise Richards is going back to court this week to fight the "Two and a Half Men" star over her plans to include their two kids in a new reality TV show.
Unnamed sources has informed news show Extra that the actress recently secured deal to star in a reality program that will focus on her life as a working single mother in Hollywood. In order to get her daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, to appear on the show, Sheen had to give approval, but he has refused to let the tots take part in the plan so far.
A source close to Sheen pointed out that Richards' intention goes against everything the actor believes in, saying he "feels it's exploitative of the children for the mother's own vanity and greed."
Richards, however, is apparently keen to have what she wants as she now is asking the court to revoke Sheen's power as the children's father in the matter. This is also made with purpose that she is able to move forward with the reality program without his consent.
