Paula Abdul Considers Having Adopted Child

Apparently loves the idea of nurturing children, Paula Abdul is reportedly brewing plans to adopt a child with her restaurateur boyfriend J.T. Torregiani.

The 45-year-old insists she has not given up on motherhood despite her age and will adopt if she cannot get pregnant naturally.

"I want kids! If it doesn't happen naturally, I can always adopt," she told Ladies Home Journal magazine, which includes the remark in its upcoming issue.

In the meantime, the pop singer-turned-American Idol judge also took chance in the interview to slam down reports stating her latest romantic relationship is in trouble.

She said, "It's a good thing. I've experienced real loneliness, so I love knowing there's someone I can share the good and the not-so-good with."
