Britney Spears Clean of Drugs, But Gets Visitations Rights Suspended
In the follow-up to the breakdown experienced by pop star on Thursday night (Jan. 03), blood tests applied on her at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center was proven negative for drugs and alcohol despite reports from police that she appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance.

"Her blood test just came back, and, thank God, it was clean," a source to the Spears family told Life & Style. "There are no traces of drugs or alcohol of any kind."

Though proven clean, the troubled singer, however, has to face tough consequence following the custodial dispute she sparked prior to her state of being rushed to the hospital for mental evaluation. A judge ruled on Friday, January 4 at an emergency hearing that her ex-husband is granted "sole legal custody and sole physical custody" of their two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The order reportedly lasts until January 14, during which another hearing will be held to determine the future of Spears' custody rights. Responding to the court decision, Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan gave brief statement: "There are no winners here... (I'm) not happy about any of the events that have happened."

Spears currently is still being held under Cedars-Sinai's Section 5150, meaning medics have reason to believe she is a danger to herself or others. Reports informed that when Federline's bodyguard came to collect Sean and Jayden, the 26-year-old locked herself with both toddlers in a bathroom at her home and wouldn't come out. A source even claimed to PageSix.com that she was "hysterical and just wanted to keep the kids overnight."
