Failing to Come On-Time, Judge Issued Arrest Warrant for Yung JocBeing arrested for carrying a concealed weapon to airport, created more trouble for himself as he failed to appear in court for a scheduled 8:30 AM hearing on Wednesday (26.12.07). According to reports, following his nonattendance, Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Michael Ryan issued an arrest warrant for the rap performer and raised the bond from 5,000 dollars to 100,000 dollars.

Reasoning for his client, Joc's lawyer Stanley Jackson Jr. told the court that the 24-year-old Grammy nominee was out of town for personal financial and family obligations and stressing that his client maintains his innocence. However, later that day, to be exact seven hours after the schedule of his arraignment, Joc showed at the court. Fortunately, his showing up revoked the warrant and reduced the bond back to the original sum.

Though appeared before the court, the rapper, who had just released his latest album "Hustlenomic$" last August, didn't enter a plea. His only comment to the reporters was "Happy New Year" as he left the courtroom. He was expected to be present in front of the court for a preliminary hearing on January 25, 2007.
