Knowing that Britney Spears has temporary lost her children's custody to Kevin Federline apparently is not enough for Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. According to the 300 pages of court documents released Tuesday (04.12.07), the child welfare investigators accused the 'Gimme More' singer of neglecting and abusing her two young sons.
TMZ.com reported that one of the documents "Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother's care." Furthermore, it was also revealed that the agency had asked the court to keep the current custody and visitation arrangements until they were able to finish the investigation.
The court documents was released by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon following the request from Spears' attorney of keeping the custody and visitation schedules confidential under the reason that the information might threaten the safety of the children. The documents released also includes previous court ruling, expense reports and income statements as well as the names of the custody evaluators and their detailed reviews.
